Singapore, 4 October 2022 (Tuesday) – The Centre for AI and Data Governance (CAIDG) at Singapore Management University (SMU) Yong Pung How School of Law has released the findings of a first-ever perceptions study on the Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovation and Intellectual Property (IP) law regime in Singapore.
Singapore, 28 September 2022 (Wednesday) – The Institute of Service Excellence (ISE) (卓越服务研究院) at Singapore Management University (SMU) today released the 2022 Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) research findings for the Land Transport sector, comprising of the Mass Rapid Transit System (MRT), Public Buses, and Point-to-Point Transport (P2P) sub-sectors.
The study, which surveyed commuters between April and July, showed satisfaction with public transport remained steady, despite a strong increase in MRT and bus ridership.

Singapore – 17 August 2022 (Wednesday) – Mr Ho Kwon Ping (何光平), Chairman of the Singapore Management University (SMU) Board of Trustees (BOT), will step down on 11 January 2023 after an illustrious 25 years of distinguished leadership. Mr Piyush Gupta (高博德), currently a member of the SMU BOT, will succeed Mr Ho as the new Chairman of SMU from 12 January 2023.
