Pursuing a double degree and emceeing to build a foundation for wedding planning career

SMU third-year student Ng Kai Jun has a passionate dream — to start her own wedding planning company. To pursue her dream, she has been keeping herself extremely busy over the past three years – following her polytechnic diploma, she enrolled at SMU to pursue a double degree programme in Business Management and Social Sciences, gaining valuable knowledge in business operations; she also hosts bilingual community events to hone her improvisation skills required on wedding stages; she rarely spends time on social media and devotes her time in part-time jobs to build up her real-world experience.
