SMU Institute of Service Excellence recently released its 2020 Q3 Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore, which found that in the food and beverage industry, the satisfaction index for restaurants, fast food restaurants or cafes all scored more than 73 points out of 100, which is quite high. Chen Yongchang, Head of Research & Consulting shared that these survey results show that consumers' dining choices are becoming more diversified, but at the same time they still pay attention to the experience during whilst dining in.
