SMU alumnus Jeff Tung, Chairman and Founder of Hong Kong-listed supply chain financing company Sheng Ye Capital, aims to expand Sheng Ye Capital with their digital bank ambitions in Singapore. He sees one of his top priorities – if he manages to secure a digital bank licence – as focusing on grooming tech talent by working with local universities.
