SMU Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources Thomas Menkhoff shared his insights on the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship displayed in both Germany and Estonia, gained during a recent study trip – themed “Coping with Digital Transformation” – with 27 SMU undergraduates. Besides examining general aspects of business management and digital change, a key objective was to expose Singapore youth to some of the secrets of Germany’s and Estonia’s economic dynamism.
