DFS Venture Singapore Pte Ltd has topped the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) score in the department store category for the seventh consecutive year. Its Managing Director Wilcy Wong noted that the CSISG scores provide a useful and authoritative industry reference for retailers against which to benchmark their service performance. "Our year-on-year CSISG scores, coupled with added research insights from the Institute of Service Excellence-SMU team and results from our internal service assessment programme, allow us to continually develop and facilitate initiatives to escalate our customers,” she added.
