SMU School of Social Sciences graduate and father of three Muhammad Nazir Abdul Hamid received his bachelor’s degree on 13 July at SMU’s 13^th Commencement Ceremony. He majored in Political Science, and Public Policy & Public Management. Mr Nazir has a mechanical engineering diploma from Singapore Polytechnic which he took as a part-time student between while working with the Singapore Prison Service. He made the decision to pursue his bachelor degree in SMU in his thirties.
