Professor of Information Systems and Director of Secure Mobile Centre at SMU, Professor Robert H Deng has partnered Deputy Director of Surrey Centre for Cyber Security (SCCS) in University of Surrey Shujun Li for the COMMANDO-HUMANS project, which aims to prove the feasibility of automated detection of human behaviour related insecurity at the human-computer interface (HCI) level and to support automated detection by developing general-purpose computational framework with supporting software tools. The new joint research project is one six which will see UK and Singapore-based researchers collaborating to develop new solutions to enhance the resilience of systems and infrastructure to cyber attacks.
