The Institute of Service Excellence at SMU is one of the multiple agencies supporting the Gems Up service drive, which is presenting the Singapore Service Excellence Medallion 2015 Awards. A record 16 companies and individuals were held up as role models at the awards’ media briefing on May 14, with the award ceremony to be held on May 18.
