Wide array of opportunities on offer

Currently with six public universities in Singapore including SMU, students now have a diverse range of degrees to choose from. SMU offers seven full-time programmes such as Accountancy, Law, Information Systems Management, and an SUTD-SMU Dual Degree Programme in Technology and Management which was launched last year. Its undergraduates in all courses, who started last August, are paying $11,100 per year, with the exception of Law students who are paying $12,300. SMU also has a comprehensive range of financial schemes, with about 60 per cent of those who apply for scholarships successful in securing one supported by the university or its donors. About 86 per cent of its students have some form of overseas exposure, mainly through student exchange programmes.
