A conference discussing how positive attitudes experiences can yield constructive resolutions in the community was held by SMU’s Behavioural Sciences Institute (BSI) on Friday. Attended by 300 public officers, academics and representatives from the private and non-government sectors, the panel of speakers included BSI Director Professor David Chan and Minister of State, Ministry of National Development & Ministry of Defence, Mohamad Maliki Bin Osman.
