Pioneer Generation Package and Singapore’s ageing population

Commenting on Singapore’s Pioneer Generation Package, SMU Associate Professor of Law Eugene Tan said, “What Japan and other ageing countries can learn [from Singapore] is the centrality of political will. If there is political will, ageing can be turned from a source of weakness to a source of strength.”
