Speaker of Parliament Mdm Halimah Yacob launched a primer, The Singapore Constitution: A Brief Introduction, at SMU on Wednesday. The book, explaining Singapore’s Constitution and political system in a simple way, is a project by SMU undergraduates from the University's political society, called SMU Apolitical.
