SMU and the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore have jointly launched the Maritime Economics Concentration. This is part of an initiative by the Singapore Maritime Foundation to “grow local maritime talent and prepare them to take on exciting and rewarding maritime careers,” said Transport Minister Lui Tuck Yew.
