China's leaders fly the extra mile to push foreign policy

Dean of SMU School of Social Sciences and Professor of Political Science James Tang was of the view that "the strategic importance of Russia and Central Asia, as well as the return of China's charm offensive in South-east Asia are rather clear". He was commenting about the countries visited by China's current leaders, and how they reveal China's foreign policy priorities.
