Addressing the Singapore India Chambers of Commerce & Industry (SICCI), India’s External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid highlighted on Thursday that Singapore has emerged as the second largest foreign investor in India. Minister Khurshid also added that the institutional connectivity between India and Singapore is also growing and made reference to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in May 2012, which SMU and IIMB entered into in management research and education.
