High profile ministers expected to attend Dr Koh’s first rally

SMU Assistant Professor of Law Eugene Tan commented that PAP candidate Koh Poh Koon would first set the tone and agenda for Punggol East issues before allowing opponents to react. He noted that voters hope to hear not just from the candidate, but also from other members of the party as well. There is also a chance that Koh would invite other MPs to speak at the rally. Assistant Prof Tan also suggested that Koh could be less low-profile and announce the rally topic so as to attract a higher turnout.
