SMU signed a memorandum of understanding with France’s ESSEC Business School on Monday to strengthen the partnership between the Institute of Service Excellence at SMU (ISES) and the Institute for Strategic Innovation and Services (ISIS) in education and research information exchanges. An executive education programme in the area of service design and innovation will be rolled out in the second half of next year, as a first step of collaboration between the two parties.
