The Institute of Service Excellence at SMU (ISES) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Institute for Strategic Innovation and Services (ISIS) of France's ESSEC Business School yesterday to jointly develop executive education programmes, teaching and research information exchanges and the organisation of international study trips.
