The National Heritage Board is going big on local content while keeping up the global blockbuster attractions this year. Highlights include the fifth Night Festival, Aug 3 - Sept 1, with spectacular theatrical performances, music, dance and installation artworks around SMU and the National Museum. The Singapore Art Museum will also present Night Lights, an outdoor showcase of spectacular light installations.
