Increase of election seats to 89?

Assistant Professor Eugene Tan speculated that with 2.31 million voters and if every Member of Parliament were to look after 26,000 voters, then the number of election seats could increase to 89 or maintain at 84 given the increase of NMPs and NCMPs.
