Don't dismiss Myanmar's election

SMU Assoc Prof Bridget Welsh contributes a piece to the daily to discuss the upcoming elections in Myanmar noting that those who choose to vote should be respected. Ignoring or dismissing their voices would be even more unfair to the people.
