Renewal in the Cabinet

The renewal in the Government's ranks continues with Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong's announcement yesterday of several Cabinet changes which will take effect on Monday. Assistant Professor Eugene Tan mentioned that the public shouldn't confuse these promotions to party matters.
