Proposal to subsidise wages of the elderly clinches top prize

Team Uni, which comprised members from National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University and Singapore Management University, won the Public Policy Challenge. The winning team came up with a proposal for an Elderly Credits Scheme, to subsidise senior citizens' wages for firms who hire them.
