Lee Boon Yang will not contest next election

The former Information, Communications and the Arts Minister Dr Lee Boon Yang will not contest in the next elections. SMU Asst Law Prof Eugene Tan says MPs will usually stay for two to three terms of office of between 8 and 15 years.
