Lee Boon Yang will not contest next election

The former Information, Communications and the Arts Minister Dr Lee Boon Yang will not contest in the next elections. But that would mean Jalan Besar GRC would be short of one member. SMU Asst Law Prof Eugene Tan says Dr Lee has laid a strong foundation for the GRC.
