Awaiting the perfection of public transport

A commentary by a journalist made reference to the recent findings of the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore 2010 where commuters gave lower scores to our local public transportation systems, namely, SBS Transit and SMRT resulting in a consecutive four year slide since 2007.
