PA forks out $4000 to get 'Teresa Teng' singing on a float

The People's Association is looking for a Teresa Teng lookalike and ?sound-alike? to sing on a float at next year's Chingay Parade. Among the contenders is SMU student 22-year-old Huang Shijun who grew up listening to her mother singing Teng's renowned ballads.
