'Mostly dormant but good to have'

The Speakers' Corner, which turned 10 years old on Sept 1, has been the scene of several high-profile gatherings. SMU assistant professor Eugene Tan said that increasingly, Singaporeans are beginning to see Speakers' Corner as a venue in which to canvass for certain causes.
