Satisfaction with public transport falls

Both locals and tourists rated the public transport sub-sector lower this year but the dissatisfaction was more marked among locals, as shown in the latestCustomer Satisfaction Index for the transportation & logistics sector, released by the Institute of Service Excellence at SMU.
