Coming soon: third medical school and uni town in Oxbridge mould

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong mentioned all three public universities ? NUS, NTU and SMU ? have instituted the class gift and built up their endowments, and the government will commit close to $4 billion over 20 years to create a Singapore Universities Trust to provide support to these endowments.
