Are bonuses and handouts from the government most assuring?

Assistant Professor Eugene Tan said that as Singapore has only just emerged from the recession and many uncertainties continue to plague the world economy, it is still early to expect the government for generous handouts to compensate the sacrifices of the people during the difficult period.
