Chance for Mrs Lina Chiam to enter Parliament as NCMP

Assistant Professor Eugene Tan commented that even if Mrs Lina Chiam did not win the Potong Pasir elections, she could still stand the chance to be sworn in as NCMP based on her number of votes.
