CIP has shortfalls but it's a vital gateway to volunteerism

Laurence Lien, CEO of the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre, says the Centre hopes to work with more schools to promote a new approach towards designing community service as a way of life for our students. One such programme they have piloted is the iGlocal, jointly run with the Lien Centre for Social Innovation at SMU and United World College of South East Asia.
