Ma Yingjeou to attend APEC next year?

Will Taiwanese Premier Ma Yingjeou attend next year's APEC leaders meeting and meet US President Barack Obama and Chinese President Hu Jintao? SMU Assistant Law Professor Pasha Hsieh who researches cross-strait ties says the chances of Ma attending next year's meeting are slim.
