New Human Capital leadership lnstitute to help grow talent pool across region

The HCLI [set up by the Ministry of Manpower and SMU] was officially launched yesterday to help meet growing demand from global companies for talent strategies tailored for an Asian context. HCLI is a partnership between Singapore Management University and the Ministry of Manpower.
