Film fest line-up best ever

David Glass, Managing Director of Golden Village, thinks that the Singapore International Film Festival's line up of films this year represents the best programming he has ever seen for this event. The 2010 festival is under the control and directorship of [SMU Associate Professor] Kirpal Singh.
