IT retail service gets boost with course

The Singapore Workforce Development Agency has announced a new course for IT retail staff with partners. In January, SMU's Institute of Service Excellence said that the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore last year was 68 out of 100, behind similar satisfaction indices in countries like the US, UK and South Korea.
