Sinflora blooms anew in Tampines

Sinflora, one of Singapore's largest wholesalers of fresh-cut flowers and plants, has opened a new nursery in Tampines. Its second outlet is run by Loo Hongxi, who graduated from the Singapore Management University two years ago.
