Top of the game

Writer and academic [Associate Professor of English Literature] Kirpal Singh, who was one of the two judges at the Youth Writers Asia Awards 2010, was impressed with the quality of the entries. The inaugural writing contest was jointly organised by the National Library Board and Reader's Digest Asia.
