Group gazetted as political association

On the gazetting of the Singaporeans for Democracy (SFD) as a political association under the Political Donations Act, assistant professor of law Eugene Tan believes that the Elections Department would have gone through the SFD constitution and the personalities in its committee before approving its formation.
