The chef behind Japanese restaurant, Chako, at Hong Leong Garden Shopping Centre has seen the development of the Japanese restaurants in Singapore for more than 30 years. Now her youngest daughter, 24-year-old Yumi Abdul Karim, a business [management] graduate of SMU, is helping her in the business.
