Businesses hope Budget 2010 will look after SMEs

Dean of the School of Accountancy, Professor Pang Yang Hoong commented at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore's 2010 pre-budget roundtable discussion that there are also internationally mobile talent who should not be neglected just because their income is higher than the average.
