Political observers believe that the next election could see three new single seat wards in Sengkang, Punggol and Aljunied

Political observer Eugene Tan [SMU Assistant Law Professor] predicts that there will be 28 constituencies in the next election. He says apart from three single seat wards, some GRCs will shrink and there could be one or two more GRCs.
