Courses for China's cadres

At least four major institutions have programmes specially designed for China's public servants: They are Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Management University (SMU) and two schools at the National University of Singapore (NUS) - the Business School and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
