S'pore managers 3rd in Asia in spending power

Managers in Singapore have the third-highest spending power in Asia, behind those in Hong Kong and Thailand, according to a survey by management consultancy Hay Group. Eugene Tan, a law lecturer at the Singapore Management University noted that Singapore's income gap is still inching up.
