116 youths to rub shoulders with VIPs

116 young delegates from the APEC region gathered at the APEC Voices of the Future opening at Singapore Management University yesterday, where they had a session with the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports, Dr Vivian Balakrishnan and entrepreneur and SMU Chairman, Mr Ho Kwon Ping.
