Summit to boost US-Asean ties

The meeting between US President Barrack Obama and the Asean leaders during the APEC summit hopes to bring positive development on the future cooperation between both parties amid current challenges. Associate Professor Bridget Welsh said Obama is using a different approach of listening, rather than the previous "telling" approach.
