Fifteen were awarded the Outstanding Youth Award
One of the winners is SMU Assistant Law Professor Mahdev Mohan. Having distinguished himself in his field of specialisation, he was one of the eight winners of the Gold award. All eight will represent Singapore to compete in the 2010 World Outstanding Youth Award.
