Executive training programme has trained 210 graduates
Spring's executive training programme, launched in partnership with SMU, NUS and NTU, puts fresh graduates on 12-month internships, where the trainees are required to attend a classroom-based foundational training programme that will equip them with skills to work in the SMEs.
